You can pay in cash on delivery, or online by bank card (Visa, Mastercard) through ChariPay, our secure payment provider. Bank transfer and payment in store when collecting your order remain available on request.
We deliver throughout Morocco. The usual lead time is 24 to 72 working hours after your order is confirmed, depending on your city and product availability. Any delivery charges are shown before you confirm the order.
Yes. You have 7 days from receipt to withdraw, under Law No. 31-08. The product must be complete, in its original packaging and in resaleable condition. Return costs are yours, unless the product is defective or does not match your order — in that case the exchange or refund is fully covered by us.
New products carry the manufacturer's or importer's warranty; the duration is shown on the product page or on the warranty document supplied with the product. It does not cover normal wear or damage from drops, liquid or repairs carried out outside the approved network. Refurbished and second-hand products are clearly marked, with their own warranty.
